Xahlia is a independent fashion designer based out of Los Angeles, California. Learning the art of clothing & jewelry construction at the young age of ten she has always found strength in creating beauty through fashion. 

As a self-taught designer, Xahlia began her career creating custom stage wear for musicians and performing artists in the Oakland / Bay Area. Her passion for design eventually led her to Los Angeles, where she studied fashion design and technology at Los Angeles Trade Technical College. During her studies she discovered her love for dressmaking, expanding her repertoire to include custom evening and wedding gowns for bridal clients and industry professionals. 

With a strong foundation in tailoring and an eye for detail, Xahlia has worked with renowned artists such as MYA and Lil’ Kim, as well as up and coming singers, songwriters, and rappers from around the world. Her designs have been showcased at prestigious events such as New York Fashion Week, the Met Gala, the Latin Grammys, the Grammys, LA Fashion Week, TrapXart Oakland, and the 2023 Billboard Women in Music Awards.

Her work has also been featured in numerous music videos and acclaimed publications, including The New York Times Fashion, AK Fashion Magazine, Flaunt Magazine, and Marie Claire Australia.
